The starting price is for this item 100% built ready for cosmetic siding and counter top finish materials.    This means the rust proof structural metal framing is completed. Economical lightweight ribbed polymer vinyl siding is installed, primed, and ready for Stucco, Stone, Brick, Tile, or other cosmetic veneer finish material. We also have optional cement board siding. You may also purchase options such as cosmetic finishes, convenient and economical cosmetic material kits, BBQ hardware bundle packages, and more - email us for details and prices.

BBQ Grill Islands and Kitchens do not include the accessory components in the base price - but they do in have all the cutouts for them framed in with the correct dimensions for your components or for components purchased from us.  Electrical outlets are installed where applicable.  

Inside walls and floors have the white vinyl siding exposed for easy cleaning and professional appearance.

For Outdoor Fireplaces we include the powder coated rust proof firebox with spark curtains, brick wall liners, and logs rack.  You will not be disappointed with our fireplaces like many people have reported to us when buying a fireplace on the internet that looked good in the picture, only to be very disappointed when it arrives and looks like something tiny from the mass retailers. The reason is that ours are real fireplaces, big and made to have that custom built-in look.

Our fireplaces pass all local codes so you will not have the nightmares associated with many others you see on the internet.  Gas logs/burner are not included in the base price. When using gas logs and/or fireglass you can locate the fireplace under patio covers. Easy knockouts, left and right, for gas plumbing are included.

So all the difficult and time consuming design and structure is all done.  All you have to do is apply the cosmetics!

And we have put together wonderful optional cosmetic finish kits that contain plenty of material, special tools where applicable, easy instructions, 100% of everything you need to match the style and color of your dreams.  We have them in Stone, GraniRock Textured Stucco, Brick, and Tile (including joint and/or wall fiberglass reinforcing mesh and fillers where applicable).  ALL at the best prices.    Please email us for a pre-finished price on this item if you would not like to do the cosmetic finish part yourself, or to see if we can include the finish in the price (depending on the time of the year).
